Since today is a rest day for me, I've decided to put together a collection of youtube videos for some of the more common kettlebell exercises. I'm sure that at least half of the two people reading this blog have no idea how to use a kettlebell....so hopefully this will be at least a little enlightening.
Some of these are more instructional than others, and some are less so...i don't think any are exactly the same, but I don't have the time or instruments to measure.
