WOD: Simple Bodyweight Ladder

Warmup
stretching, joint mobility, windmills

Workout
For time, ladder down from 20 by 2
-jumping pullups
-pushups
-situps (not anchored)

Results
time: 23:24...meh

Still a little sore and tired from previous workouts so I wasn't 100% today. But even at my best, this is a tough workout for me....pretty sure 110 reps will always be a lot to my muscles.

  1. I think that's good!! Hey, did you want to come visit for Labor Day weekend with Mom and Dad? or just going to hang out back home and enjoy the long holiday? We're going to go to the NY State Fair! It's fun, but very crowded. I know Jimmers will need someone to ride rides with =)
