Workout
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes
-5 double racked squats (35lb)
-5 burpees
-5 ring rows
Results
Busted out 12 rounds + 5 squats. This one really had the heart rate soaring and lungs screaming.
I think I'll do jumping pullups next time instead of ring rows. The rows kinda ruined the flow.
