WOD: Circuit Saturday

Workout 
4 rounds, 45s on, 20s off

  • Static Band Holds
  • Two-hand swings
  • Rope Pull
  • Push-ups
  • Wall Balls
  • Powerwheel Rollouts
  • Farmer Hold Step-ups
  • Inverted Rows

Results
This was a good one!!  I used the 20s for the step-ups and swings and the 20lb ball for the wall balls.  Everything was tough which felt great!
