WOD - B&B

4 rounds:

  • 6 wide grip pullups
  • 8 renegade rows (2x16kg)
  • 10 kb pull overs (16kg)
  • 12 dumbbell bent over rows (2x30#)


3 rounds:

  • 10 bilateral dumbbell supinated curls (2x20#)
  • 10 alt dumbbell hammer curls (20#)
  • 10 seated concentration curls, l/r (12#)
  • wrist roll grip tool, 1 rep each way
