WOD: Monday Medley

Workout
Medley of stuff today - swings, rows, presses, lunges etc.

Finished with a tabata of 4 med ball exercises, so 2 rounds of 20/10 - slams, squats, presses, thrusters

Results
The medley was 3 rounds of the same exercises.  Not my favorite wod, but it will do.  I liked the finisher though!
