This was a little slower than the last time I did this one. I can't complain though, this was a GREAT workout!! I was definitely struggling that last round.
squats: (15),(35),(25,25)
pushups: (15),(20,15),(10,10,10,10,10)
Pullups (chair-assisted): (15),(20,15),(10,10,10,10,10)
situps: 15,35,50
That looks like a really great workout. Just circuits. Nice. Do you have a pull up bar? good job. I think I'll have to try this one at home! How much do you rest in between sets? Or not at all?
ReplyDeleteNo rest!! Well, you will HAVE to rest at some point (or a lot of points if you're as weak as me)...but go as hard and as fast as you can.
ReplyDeleteYeah, I have a pullup bar in the doorway of my second bedroom - a good investment indeed.
We have one but don't use it. oops. Should start. I can't do a pullup to save my life. Yea, I was thinking rest 60-90 seconds between sets?
ReplyDeleteYep, you can rest any way you'd like, I think it'll still get your heartrate kicking.
ReplyDeleteWith your medicine ball, pullup bar and bodyweight, you can do some decent home workouts when you can't make it to the gym. And don't worry, chair-assisted pullups will work just fine :)
