WOD: Saturday Circuit

Workout
4 rounds, 50s on, 20s off:
-inverted rows
-snatches (2x12kg)
-deck squats
-plank + sandbag slide
-one arm farmers walk
-split squat on tire

Results
This was the perfect workout to end a tough week at the gym. It wasn't too hard, but still a great workout!
