WOD - Back and Bicep

  • deadlifts - 20, 15, 12, 10 (115,135,155,175)
  • assisted pull ups - 4 x 12 (band + jumping)
  • One arm dumbbell rows - 4 x 10 (35,35,35,35)
  • Supine barbell rows - 12, 10, 8, 8 (55,75,85,85)
  • Incline dumbbell curl - 3x10 (20 17.5, 15)
  • One arm preacher curl - 3x10 (15,15,15)
Need to move up on DL
