WOD: Another Medley

Workout
Just another medley workout with all sorts of different exercises

Results
Nothing too exciting, but a good workout.  We were introduced to a few new things - the "cradle" hold of the bell where we cradle it in our arms and don't really hold onto it with our hands.  We did squats and lunges like that.

We also did some overhead squats with a medicine ball in the mix.  I'm not sure we've ever done overhead squats at the gym before

  1. Ooh I love overhead squats! Sounds like an interesting way to hold the bells. How did it feel? Awkward?

  2. Overhead squats are tough! It's tough just getting low, but I wouldn't mind seeing more of them. That cradle hold was pretty comfortable actually. I can't be sure, but those squats felt tougher than with a goblet hold
