WOD: My Circuit

Workout
5 rounds, 1 min on / 30s off
-alt ropes
-tire jumps
-super planks
-swings
-med ball slams

Results
This is the one I came up with since I was guest trainer today. It wasn't too bad, but that was kind of the goal.

Only had one person show up today, but she seemed to like it.
