WOD: Kim

Workout
40 rounds, no rest
-20s alternating ropes
-20s burpees (no push up)

Results
Let's just say that's a LONG 26 minutes! A great workout to celebrate Kim's 40th birthday!!

I finished with another round of Kim but skipped every other turn...gonna eat good tonight!
