Hey Bro! Haven't been on here in awhile. I'll get on more once my classes are done, two weeks! Not feeling motivated huh? I feel very motivated, just don't have much time to do anything! I've been doing really good getting up before work and doing workout dvd's, and they definitely make me feel the burn! Just miss running, but there's really no time I could go these days.

The motivation will come back...I think it's the winter blues setting in. I'll probably cruise through the new year with a couple workouts a week and then get after it again in the new year...need to get my diet back on track too!
