WOD - Legs & Stuff

3 rounds:

  • 5 back squats (135)
  • 10 pull ups
  • 15 slider hamstring curls
  • 20 donkey kicks (l/r each)


3 rounds:

  • 5 deadlifts (205)
  • 10 inverted rows
  • 15 box jumps (20")
  • 20 glute bridge


3 rounds, with 20kg kb:

  • 5 cossack squats
  • 10 upright row
  • 15 good mornings
  • 20 swings
