WOD - 4x4x4

Rest about a minute between rounds/exercises:

  • 4 rounds: 4 barbell squats (155)
  • 8 alt rollouts 
  • 4 rounds:  4 handstand push ups (against wall)
  • 8 alt rollouts
  • 4 rounds:  4 barbell deadlifts (205)
  • 8 alt rollouts
  • 4 rounds:  4 bench press (155)
  • 8 alt rollouts
Had to drop the last set of bench to 135, was starting to push the "no spotter" limit
