- 4 rounds: 4 barbell squats (155)
- 8 alt rollouts
- 4 rounds: 4 handstand push ups (against wall)
- 8 alt rollouts
- 4 rounds: 4 barbell deadlifts (205)
- 8 alt rollouts
- 4 rounds: 4 bench press (155)
- 8 alt rollouts
Had to drop the last set of bench to 135, was starting to push the "no spotter" limit
