WOD - Chest & Abs

20 minute AMRAP:

  • 1 bench press (160)
  • 7 oblique hip raises
  • 3 explosive push ups
  • 7 russian twists
  • 5 dips
  • 7 heel touches
  • 7 decline push ups
  • 7 bicycle crunches
Two exercises short of 6 rounds.  Also finished with a light bench drop set (90,85,75,65,45).
