WOD - Chest & Abs
20 minute AMRAP:
1 bench press (160)
7 oblique hip raises
3 explosive push ups
7 russian twists
5 dips
7 heel touches
7 decline push ups
7 bicycle crunches
Two exercises short of 6 rounds. Also finished with a light bench drop set (90,85,75,65,45).
