WOD - Earn Your Rest

One minute to complete each exercise, rest the remainder of the minute.  

5 rounds:
  • 30 swings (24kg)
  • 20 jump squats
  • 10 kb burpees (2x24kg)
finished with 3 rounds of 20 reps - shrugs, calf raises sit ups.
