This was originally going to be done more like couplets in a 30-10-30 cadence, but that got to be too complicated for the gymboss, so it turned into a 8 station 30/15 circuit...it was a long 6 rounds!
This looks like a sore one! I'm not sure what a horse stance is.
ReplyDeletehorse stance is basically just a squat and hold (parallel or a little above)...at least that's what we mean by it. It's actually a karate or kung fu thing and is supposed to be a wider stance I think.
