Results
Tough!! Actually, it was just the peak that was tough, reps 13-15-13. But I think my form was pretty solid all the way through. As always, plenty of room for improvement, but I'm happy with where I am.

My left arm was still a little "sore". It wasn't in pain, but I could feel that kinda weakness that borders on pain. That's an improvement over last week, so I'm not worried about it. I think I'll be moving on to the full long cycle this week.

Here is my second set of 9 heading back down the ladder.

  1. Awesome, now I understand! Thanks! Do you think that DVD helped with form in all areas? You seemed to be happy with your form tonight. What does the double 16's mean?

  2. Oh, that just means I'm using 2 16kg (35lb) kettlebells. Yeah, the DVD definitely helped me understand what I need to do. I'm happy with my form for how long I've been working on it...still a TON of room to improve though.

Here's what it's supposed to look like http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vwWi0tThVpA

  3. I think you're looking good though. I understand proper form, you don't want to get hurt and certainly don't want to be doing it incorrectly and not hit the muscles you wanted to. 35lbs, good God, that's great!
