  1. So do you keep track of these like on paper? So when you find one you like, like this one, you can reference easy? How do you decide what you do and when? Do you have a plan or just wing it? I would think you'd have to have a plan going in. Just curious how you decide what moves you are going to do each day. Besides of course, working different muscle groups. There are SO many different exercises you list here, I wouldn't be able to keep up!! Good job =)

  2. I only keep track of these out here...and I wing it almost every day. I try to mix up the exercises during the week so I hit more muscle groups, but I think I do a pretty poor job at that. I do have a 'favorites' tag to keep track of my favorites, but haven't used it as much as I should - only 4 of them right now.

I usually spend about 10 minutes deciding what I feel like doing each workout. I have a lot of exercises listed, but a lot of them don't see much too time. I kinda stick with the ones I like.

I also steal a lot of workout ideas from www.crossfit.com and http://crossfitjerseyshore.typepad.com/workout_of_the_day

  3. I gotcha. Just curious. I understand winging it. I do that at the gym. There are certain ones I like a lot more than others, but I too try to incorporate different moves so that I can get all muscle groups working.
