WOD:Audio Book and the Elliptical

Workout
-45 minutes on the Elliptical

Results
-sat down and just peddled twice for about 30 seconds
-been a while since I used it, my endurance is better than it used to be
-good leg workout, but didn't get my heart rate up too much
-might try to do this on my rest days
