WOD: Simply Bodyweight

Workout
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes (no weight)
-20 squats
-20 russian twists (l+r = 1 rep)
-20 mountain climbers (l+r = 1 rep)

Results
-10 rounds + 4 squats
-didn't get the heart rate going as much as I thought it would
-nice recovery workout
