These separate circuits.

5 rounds:

  • 5 bench press (135lb)
  • 7 pull ups
  • 9 roll outs

4 rounds:

  • 10 dips
  • 12 inverted rows
  • 14 hip raises

3 rounds:

  1. 15 push upss
  2. 17 band rows
  3. 19 reverse crunches
