WOD - Baby Barbs

Scaled crossfit barbara...4 rounds:

  • 10 pull ups
  • 20 push ups
  • 30 sit ups
  • 40 squats
  • 3 min rest

Been a long time since I tried this one, happy with how I handled it.  Rounds of 3:23, 2:53, 3:11, 3:42
