WOD - Some Couplets
5 rounds of each couplet
10 glute/ham extension / 20 sit ups
10 trx bulgarian split squat w/ jump / 20 trx crunches
10 hip thrusts with resistance band / 20 heel touches
not sure how i'll feel tomorrow, but i think i could have done more reps of the lower body stuff
