WOD - Short Ladder

Ladder down from 10 to 6 (no breaks):

  • swings (l/r)
  • cleans (l/r)
  • jerks (l/r)
  • snatches (l/r)


Was going to be down to 1, but felt a rip starting on my right hand and didn't feel like seeing if it would materialize...still a good solid 15 minutes of non-stop work
