WOD - Couplets

3 separate couplets:

  • 5 rounds: 5 handstand push ups / 5 slider hamstring curls
  • 4 rounds: 10 pike push ups / 10 glute/ham extension
  • 3 rounds: 15 jerks (2x16kg) / 15 deadlifts (2x24kg)
Meh...think I need to go back to circuits
