WOD - Strength Ladders

With the following exercises

  • squats
  • rows
  • jerks


Ladder up from 3 to 15 by 3 with 2x16kg.  Then ladder up from 2 to 10 by 2 with 2 x20kg

I wanted to do one more ladder from 1 to 5 with 2x24kg, but my body said no...so I listened.
