WOD: Decent Day with the Doubles

Warmup
stretching, joint mobility, swing/catch/squat/press's

Workout
6 rounds with double 16's:
-4 thrusters
-6 kettlebell burpees
-8 swings

Results
Definitely need to get my wind back. I didn't go for time, so took as much rest as needed between rounds (but not too much). Those burpees hit the lungs hard!

I probably could have done more thrusters, so I'll probably adjust the reps if I do this one again.

  1. Good job! Those burpees look tough. I've never tried them with weights... CHALLENGE EXCEPTED!!! =)
