Another quick one...time: 7:48. I'm not sure if that's good or bad, but I went pretty much nonstop.
Had to pause and bridge for some of the pushups but they were technically unbroken.
Snatches felt pretty good actually, I was a little surprised. My left seems noticeably weaker or less efficient than right though, so that's something I can hopefully work on.
Maybe next time we have a little more time you can show me some kettlebell stuff. It seems to be a growing trend and Jerrod has been asking me if he should try it. Of course I said yes.
