WOD - To Exhaustion

3 rounds, each exercise to exhaustion.  Rest about 5 minutes between rounds

  • pull ups
  • drop squats
  • push ups
  • sit ups

Scaled down as I hit the wall for each one....pull ups -> chin ups -> jumping pull ups, drop squats -> squats, push ups -> push ups from knees, sit ups -> kept moving farther from feet.
