WOD - Mostly Bodyweight
5 rounds:
3 chin ups
6 dips
9 roll outs
12 squats
15 push ups
18 mahler swings
21 mountain climbers
Not sure how long it took, but I liked this one. Might need to bump it multipliers of 4 next time
