WOD - Mostly Bodyweight

5 rounds:

  • 3 chin ups
  • 6 dips
  • 9 roll outs
  • 12 squats
  • 15 push ups
  • 18 mahler swings
  • 21 mountain climbers
Not sure how long it took, but I liked this one.  Might need to bump it multipliers of 4 next time
