WOD - To Exhaustion

3 rounds, each exercise to exhaustion.  Rest about 5 minutes between rounds

  • pull ups
  • drop squats
  • push ups
  • sit ups

Scaled down as I hit the wall for each one....pull ups -> chin ups -> jumping pull ups, drop squats -> squats, push ups -> push ups from knees, sit ups -> kept moving farther from feet.

WOD - Mostly Bodyweight

  • 6 dips
  • 9 roll outs
  • 12 squats
  • 15 push ups
  • 18 mahler swings
  • 21 mountain climbers
Not sure how long it took, but I liked this one.  Might need to bump it multipliers of 4 next time

Took about 20 minutes, most of the rest was to allow for good presses.

  • 10 roll outs
  • 20 push ups
  • 40 swings

chin ups were broken in the 4th and jumping in the 5th.  Push ups were 10/10 after the first.

Found this rep scheme in the archives and I like it.  Took about 27 minutes.
