WOD - Quick Circuit

3 Rounds of this single bell circuit (20kg), 30s work...60s rest between rounds:


  • swings left
  • swings right
  • cleans left
  • cleans right
  • jerks left
  • jerks right
  • half snatch left
  • half snatch right

Was going to go 5 but my hands are not in bell shape at all right, so stopped after 3.  Finished with some double jerk work.
