After a few years at the gym, I'm back to mostly doing my own programming at home. So I thought I'd start this blog again. I don't plan to go into as much detail as before, but more or less just want to keep track of the workouts themselves.
As for the other "new" goals I had last year. I didn't stick to the flexibility one, but still have plenty of time for that.
But I was able to hit the pistol, using a counterweight on my left leg. My right ankle wasn't strong enough but got close a couple times. I think I'll continue to work on that as well - mostly from a mobility / strength perspective.
